Refunds, if issued, apply to the printing cost only and do not include shipping fees or design services.

Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
Typos, formatting, or design issues in files you submitted
Low-resolution or pixelated images
Color differences due to monitor-to-print variations
Delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
Custom design fees or shipping charges (non-refundable)
